### Job Description

**Position Overview:**
As a Client Relations Assistant at Malaysia Airlines Berhad, you will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary tasks will involve supporting the Client Relations team in dealing with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communications between clients and various internal departments. This remote position demands an energetic and resourceful individual who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses outstanding interpersonal skills.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information.
- Facilitate communication between clients and relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify potential client issues and implement effective solutions promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations team to establish troubleshooting and resolution procedures for recurring issues.

3. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders regarding client feedback and service performance.
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring seamless communication flows among team members, clients, and stakeholders.

4. **Client Engagement:**
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback on services and to strengthen relationships.
- Assist in developing and implementing engagement strategies to promote client loyalty and retention.

5. **Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct market and client research to identify trends that can enhance service offerings and increase client satisfaction.
- Analyze client feedback and survey data to provide actionable insights to the management team.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure client expectations are met consistently.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and gain insights to enhance service delivery.

### Requirements:

**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.

**Personality Traits:**
- **Energetic:** Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting clients and team members.
- **Resourceful:** Able to manage multiple tasks and find innovative solutions to challenges that arise.

**Soft Skills:**

- **Negotiation:** Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful outcomes for both clients and the company.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with client relationship management tools and customer feedback systems.
