**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates regarding services and support.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and enhance the client experience. Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to understand client needs and satisfaction levels.
- **Data Analysis:** Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are communicated and met effectively. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic planning.
- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify potential issues and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining clients' trust and confidence.
- **Training & Development Support:** Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients to enhance their experience with UMW's products and services. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and analyze client feedback through surveys and direct conversations, providing insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
