Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty through surveys and feedback
- Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Make strategic decisions to enhance client relationships and drive business growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
