**Job Description:**

Sapura Energy Berhad, a leader in integrated oil and gas services, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing our client relationships and ensuring an outstanding client experience aligned with our company's mission to exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.

2. **Business Development:**
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and expand market reach.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to showcase our services and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and client requirements to promote relevant solutions.

3. **Project Management:**
- Oversee project kickoffs with clients, ensuring clarity on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and client satisfaction levels, adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback and results.

4. **Strategic Planning:**
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans that align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client value.
- Collaborate with leadership on initiatives that improve client relations and engagement.

5. **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, project milestones, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and process improvements.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years in client relations, account management, or business development, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated and passionate about building lasting client relationships.
- Energetic and proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance client experiences.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
