Client Relations Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to work from home in Johor Bahru, MY. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding their needs- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and provide solutions to any problems that may arise- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Prepare reports and analysis on client feedback and satisfaction levels- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
