Job Description:
MISC Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop client strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Present reports and updates to clients on a regular basis
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
