Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer at our location in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement- Provide regular reports on client interactions and overall satisfaction levels

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in client relations or a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resourceful and energetic personality traits- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
