Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is currently seeking a Client Relations Representative with the opportunity to work remotely from home. This part-time position is perfect for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As an Associate level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and periodic check-ins.3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and facilitate timely solutions.5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing new products or services and addressing any questions or concerns.6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any areas of concern.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and strategies.8. Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to develop innovative ways to engage with clients and enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.3. Strong communication and presentation skills.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.6.
