Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

As a Client Relations Representative at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, confident, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem resolution- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services- Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Proven track record of project management success- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
