5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Track client interactions and outcomes, providing regular reports to management on client engagement metrics and satisfaction levels.
- Analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends and company products to better serve clients.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM software.
