**Job Description:**

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated **Client Relations Specialist** to join our team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position is instrumental in fostering positive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in client relations, demonstrate independent work capabilities, and be adept at collaborating with diverse teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and identify areas for improvement.

2. **Communication and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate client needs and align strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting client satisfaction metrics, trends, and potential areas for business development.

3. **Problem-Solving**:
- Address client issues proactively, utilizing emotional intelligence to understand client perspectives and offer tailored solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and various departments to resolve challenges and enhance service delivery.

4. **Client Training and Support**:
- Guide clients on product usage and best practices to maximize the benefits of our services.
- Organize and participate in client training sessions, webinars, and workshops.

5. **Market Feedback**:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to service and product innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

6. **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies targeted at enhancing client engagement and retention.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role, preferably in client relations or account management.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently in a part-time capacity.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong teamwork capabilities, fostering collaboration among colleagues.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building.

- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret client feedback and service metrics.
