Sales Support:Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Data Management:Maintain and update client databases and inquiry's status in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
Client Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Interior Design , or a related field.
Bilingual inMandarin & Englishto communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
At least3 - 5 Year(s) of relevant working experiencein client relationship management.
Strong interpersonal skillswith a talent for building genuine relationships.
A proven track record inaccount management, customer service , or a related role.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities,particularly in face-to-face interactions .
Ability towork independentlywhile thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Flexibilityto travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
