As a growing company, we reward and promote high performers who are committed to taking the company to the next level.**-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**Responsibilities**:_- **Engage clients proactively** to understand their needs and ensuring timely delivery of services to maintain high customer satisfaction.- Be the **key point of contact on clients' enquiries** and **provide the direct product or service recommendations** to achieve service excellence and contribute to the business goals.- Building trust and developing healthy long-term client relationship.- **Generate new sales and identify new sales opportunity **through existing or new accounts to maintain healthy sales pipelines.- **Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints**, managing the customers' expectation in a professional manner.- **Collaborate with cross functional departments **to ensure proper client management, maintaining high customer satisfaction rating and create business partnership opportunity.- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned- **Job Requirements**:_- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related discipline- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, familiar with Accounting standards will be advantageous- A highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills- Strong analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of the products and services provided to clients- Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements- Good command of written and spoken English- Able to work independently as well as a team player- **Why Join us?
