**Job Description:**

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in managing client accounts, updating client records, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes as necessary.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a quick resolution in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor client feedback and report insights to improve service quality and client experience.

4. **Reporting and Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, support activities, and service usage to evaluate client satisfaction and identify trends.

5. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support the execution of client-related projects and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance service delivery.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in self-directed learning and participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of products and services.
- Mentor and guide new team members as needed, sharing best practices and insights.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.

- Independent: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Resilient: Strong capability to handle challenges with a positive approach and adaptability.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, influence others, and foster a collaborative team environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Basic understanding of data management practices and customer service tools.
