Sunway Group is seeking a reliable and independent Client Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills to excel in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:- Managing client accounts and relationships to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction- Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client services- Monitoring client activities and providing regular updates and reports- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients- Contributing to the development of client service strategies and processes
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in client services or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in people management
