Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis with a remote work opportunity. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance- Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Provide support to sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the client service team
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client service or related role- Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards client satisfaction- Excellent planning and time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
