Drive sales through a close partnership and co-creation with key clients to ensure high-quality and timely delivery within budget.
Engage the clients' C-suite to help solve business problems, ideate digitalization roadmaps, and identify business opportunities through technology.
Act as a leading role in designated key client accounts to build trusted business relationships, requiring expertise in digital organization design, strategic planning, and business case development.
Lead a client account team and manage profitable key client accounts to develop growth plans and ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop deep client relationships and strengthen company brand position through thought leadership and client ideation.
Key Performance Indicators:Sales, Revenue, Delivered Margin, Client Satisfaction Index, Staff Attrition Rate, Business Practice/Process Compliance
Delivery Lead (Associate Director)
Responsibilities:
Ensure revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are met for service delivery across LOBs.
Manage project delivery teams, customer solution teams, and project directors to deliver revenue and profit targets.
Establish responsive business relationships with customers, manage risks, control costs, and provide feedback for service improvement.
Implement technology risk and control framework, develop and communicate delivery status reports, and build strong partner relationships.
Key Performance Indicators:Revenue, Delivered Margin, Client Satisfaction, Staff Attrition Rate, Project on-time delivery, Project on-budget delivery, Business Practice/Process Compliance
Job Requirements:
Client Service Lead (Associate Director)
Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
At least 15 years in IT or ICT Consulting industry with 8 years focusing on key account industry.
Consulting practitioner with key account/client domain knowledge.
Ability to architect value, demonstrate good sales acumen, and possess strong communication skills.
Understand and apply social styles techniques to manage stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive and management staff.
Delivery Lead (Associate Director)
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
PMP Certification and ITIL Certification.
At least 15 years' experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects.
