Job description:

Dialog Group Berhad is looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and business performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client service management, with a track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and confident personality traits
- Negotiation and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
