Position Summary:
The Client Service Officer will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing service requests, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the company. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer service requests and inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a high standard of communication.Ensure timely resolution and consistent quality in addressing customer inquiries and service requests.Take ownership of client support cases, providing accurate reporting and regular updates to management.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage administrative duties related to external customer requests, including account openings, updates, and other account-related activities.Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints, escalating issues to the head office for investigation and follow-up as needed.Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, including identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining manual processes.Ensure strict compliance with the company's procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.Job Requirements: Ability to communicate and read Mandarin, as most of our clientele are Chinese;Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;Experience in securities brokerage or fund operations, preferably within a Labuan financial environment;Understanding of Labuan financial regulations and compliance requirements;Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and relationship management.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with financial services or related industries is preferred.
