Client Service Officer - Work From Home

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer, working from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional service. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you must be driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should also possess strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and creativity in problem-solving. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
