Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer. This position is a part-time, entry-level role that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Providing accurate information to clients regarding our services, products, and policies.3. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise and finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction.4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.5. Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve client service processes and procedures.6. Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations at all times.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse client populations.3. Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving.4. High school diploma or equivalent required.5. Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection.
