Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team remotely from George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, this role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess strong planning and strategic planning skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in the system- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client service delivery- Assist with client onboarding and training processes as needed- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders based on client interactions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Adaptable and motivated with a positive attitude- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
