Details of the offer

Role Responsibilities Acted as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of their business requirements. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issue in a timely manner. Ensure the artwork labelling comply with the regulation by liaising with Regulatory affairs, supplier, and customers. Perform administrative duties related to Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Contract Review, Change Request Form, apply Free Sale Certificate etc. Attend daily meeting & work together with production team on the shipment schedule. Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining accurate database. Inspect packaging materials including checking and verifying the colour standard. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working experience. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with or without supervision. Detail oriented, organized & easily to adapt with changes. Proficient in MS Office Application. Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (optional). Willing to travel outstation as when required.
