Client Services Executive / Senior Executive

-Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.


-Inspire repeat-business from clients.


-Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.


-Monitor and measure client satisfaction.


-Liaise with different departments about client queries.

; Requirements:- REQUIREMENT MUST-HAVES



-Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience in digital agency.


-Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus. 


-Good presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to meet tight deadlines whenever required for urgent task.


-Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications as Excel, Power point etc…


-Reliable, positive attitude, self-motivated, and outgoing personality.


-General business knowledge.


-High service orientation.
