Client Servicing Senior Executive

Responsibilities



-Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients


-Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses


-Ensure that clients' campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives


-Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients


-Support in all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, and writing reports for the clients and agency management team


-Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives


-Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress


-Liaise with CS team and marketing team members

-Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field


-2 - 4 years experience in Client Servicing, campaign management or a similar position


-1 - 2 years experience in Digital Marketing is an added advantage


-Good written and verbal communication skills In English. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage


-Understanding and experience with PPC, web analytics, social media and web development


-Flexible and willing to continuously learn by experience and advice
