Position Overview:As a Client Success Manager (Tech), you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships while driving adoption of our transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Training:Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize value.
Collaborative Growth:Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to communicate client feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
Thought Leadership:Represent the company at industry events, contributing to discussions on technology, connectivity, and the future of finance.
