Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dynamic and independent Client Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and order processing.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for client retention and growth.
7. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the client support process.
8. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends to drive business growth.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
