Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with strong communication and leadership skills to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.2. Energetic and driven personality.3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Demonstrated leadership abilities.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
