Job Description:

As a Client Support Associate at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing remote support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the company's services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients- Educate clients on the company's products and services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients- Meet and exceed performance targets for client satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in client support or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Driven and energetic personality- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
