Client Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Associate to join our team at Petronas. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be expected to have at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with any issues or questions they may have regarding our products or services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create presentations to inform clients of new products or promotions
- Assist in training new team members on client support best practices

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Independent and motivated personality traits
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
