Job Description As a Client Support Executive specializing in Corporate General Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the seamless operation of our insurance services. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from existing clients, providing insightful information and assistance.
Market Research and Solution Presentation: Source and analyze competitive insurance quotes, conduct comprehensive research, and present tailored solutions to clients.
Documentation and Issuance: Efficiently arrange the issuance of cover notes and advice slips, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Monitor and manage the timely and accurate renewal of all insurance policies, proactively addressing potential issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with insurers, claim adjusters, and internal departments to address and resolve insurance-related matters.
Ensure the prompt collection of all premiums, implementing effective processes to streamline the payment process.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in client support or a related role within the insurance industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comparative research on insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and policy management Job Requirements Qualifications: Minimum education requirement: Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. SPM holders with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
