**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Support Coordination:**

- Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate and resolve client issues, while ensuring that all parties are informed of progress.
3. **Performance Analysis:**
- Analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and potential areas for enhancement to senior management.
4. **Process Improvement:**
- Innovate and implement processes or tools that enhance client service delivery and experience.
- Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining communication and operational procedures within the support team.
5. **Training and Development:**
- Assist in onboarding and training new support staff, providing insights into client management practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the support team.
6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that client needs are understood and met.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to align client support strategies with overall business objectives.
7. **Project Management:**
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and keep all stakeholders informed of progress.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in a client support or account management role, preferably within a global or multicultural environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
