Job Description:
Media Prima Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and client support.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Provide assistance to clients with account management, billing inquiries, and product/service information.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.- Assist in the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Proven experience in customer service or client support, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Reliable and able to work effectively under pressure.- Strong planning and negotiation skills.
