Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. Responding to client queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting any issues clients may have with our products or services.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client support processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role.
2. Confident and driven personality traits.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Excellent decision-making abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
