Client Support Representative

Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Document client interactions and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training as necessary
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Resilient and motivated personality traits
- Strong people management and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
