Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our remote team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated and adaptable, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:1. Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions4. Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention6. Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends7. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements:1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools6. Motivated and adaptable attitude7. Leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
