Client Support Representative - Work From Home

At Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd, we are seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. This position is at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience- Utilizing analysis and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and communications
