Clinic Assistant Admin

Registering patients and medicine dispensing- Assist Doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures- Assist in basic daily clinic housekeeping.- Update and documents medical care such as giving appointments and follow up on patients to be updated.- Maintenance of medication stocks, vaccines & supplies.- Assist in Insurance Billing and Third Party Administrator Claims- To perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.Requirement- Possess SPM (minimum) / Diploma or Degree in Nursing (optional)- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. **Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage**:- Preferably Age 22 to 35- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Positive attitude, responsible, discipline, team player- Training will be provided- Must be computer literatePoliklinik Pan-Medic Farlim is owned and operated by Tijay Sdn Bhd.Currently Pan-Medic Farlim is undergoing major transformation towards better human-centered care with a new doctor, new outlook and objective.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Farlim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Clinic Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
