**Responsibilities**:**Patient Reception and Registration**:Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.Register new patients, collect and verify personal information, and update patient records as needed.**Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule and confirm patient appointments over the phone or in person.Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize the appointment calendar.**Administrative Duties**:Maintain organized patient files and electronic records.Assist in the completion of insurance forms and other administrative documentation.Handle phone inquiries and provide information to patients as needed.**Billing and Payments**:Process billing information and coordinate with patients on payment arrangements.Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing-related inquiries.**Medical Records Management**:Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient medical records.Assist in the filing and retrieval of medical records as required.**Assistance during Examinations**:Prepare examination rooms for patient visits.Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures.Monitor and record vital signs as directed.**Supply Management**:Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.**Patient Education**:Provide patients with basic information about prescribed medications, procedures, and post-treatment care.Offer educational materials and resources as directed by healthcare providers.**Qualifications**:- Minimum SPM or equivalent.- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- Opportunities for professional development.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Clinical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
