Clinic Assistant

Clinic Assistant at J Care Clinic, Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, Johor.Working hours:- Friday to Wednesday: (2 shifts)- Shift 1 : 8:30am - 3:00pm- Shift 2 : 2:30pm - 9:00pm- Thursday OFF**Requirement**- Education Level: SPM- Preferably with experience (training will be provided)- Able to communicate with patients in English- Able to communicate in Korean/Japanese/Mandarin is an added advantage- Able to work in 2 shift- Own transport- Long term commitment**Responsibilities**:- Provide assistance to the doctor in Clinic- Handling front desk registration of patients, scheduling of appointments, dispensing medications, collecting payment- Delivering excellent service quality to patients- Prepare treatment room and patients for any clinical procedures- Maintain the cleanliness of the Clinic- Organize and manage Clinic day-to-day workAssist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment suppliesPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you available for full time mid to long term contract?- May I know your expected salary?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Clinic Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
