Clinic Assistant

**Position**: Clinic Assistant**Salary range**: RM1,500 - RM1,800**Industry**: Healthcare**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- **- Handle front desk duties (Greeting patients )- Answering phone calls- Ensuring patients cards or treatment chit are prepared correctly according to SOP- Registering patients at the counter with utmost care and good customer servce- Keeping registration counter neat and tidy while maintaining clinic's image- Filing and retrieving of patient cards ensuring filing system is followed and maintained for easy retrieval to minimize filing errors and misplaced/missing cards- Assisting doctor in treatment room.- Willing to learn the medical equipment and items.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Senior Clinic Assistant: Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing- Clinic Assistant: Minimum SPM/STPM- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills- Computer literate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you computer literate?- Do you able to work in a night shift?**Experience**:- Clinic Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
