Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Assist physicians and nurses with patient care tasks
Manage patient appointments and update medical records
Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is respected
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
