What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for patient visits
Assisting the medical staff with various administrative tasks, such as filing patient records and managing inventory
Answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
Maintaining the clinic's overall cleanliness and organization
Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in using medical software and basic computer skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
