Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role:
Responsibilities:Answering phone calls and patient inquiries
Maintaining records and file keeping
Patient care – Registration/Scheduling appointments/Dispensing medications
Clinical duties – Chaperoning doctors/assisting in clinical tasks
Inventory Record – Monitoring stock levels, ordering medicine
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and performing ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred (but not necessary)
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to work shifts (only 2 shifts, no night shift)
Social media knowledge is an advantage
Must be a team player with a high level of integrity
