Maintains an environment conductive to patient safety._- _Monitor patient flow within the department._- _Follow dietitian's instruction on any patient requests. _- _Deliver and pick up patient select menu for the next day at the nurses station._- _Prepares menus correctly. Put menus in order for tray lines to run._- _Delivers food carts to patients care unit._- _Recognizes problems and assumes responsibility for helping to solve them when they occur._- _Communicates observations of residents condition, preventing residents neglect, abuse and violations of rights and privacy, and promoting continuity of care through accurate and timely documentation and reporting._- _Cleans patient room and other assigned areas daily, which may include, but is not limited to collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, stocking needed, supplies and sanitizing all surface._- _Perform clerical functions such as patient chart assembly, as necessary._- _Responds within the scope of the support role to emergent situation, as directed by supervisor._- _Night shift is responsible for helping other staff with closing the kitchen._- _Always informs Charge Nurse/ Nurse Manager when leaving the department._- **Requirement**:_- Must be able to read and understand simple English.1.
