Nursing - General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical)
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians
Administer medications and assist with treatments
Educate patients on health conditions and preventive care
Perform clinical procedures such as wound care and injections
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:Diploma or degree in nursing
Registered Nurse license in Malaysia
CPR certification
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with a medical team#J-18808-Ljbffr
