Clinical Application Specialist

Responsibilities:Professionally handle all objections and questions from the customer and communicate their reactions, opinions, concerns, and needs to the Supervisor or Sales Representative.
Organize and provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities.
Work with relevant sales personnel to meet the sales team's demonstration commitments.
Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers.
Prepare weekly activities reports to the Supervisor when required.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Microbiology, Biology, BioTechnology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Knowledge in Laboratory diagnostics especially with PCR, ELISA, and Immunofluorescence tests.
Able to provide product training to customers.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
Energetic and resourceful individuals with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, and possess good technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
