Clinical Governance Executive - Nursing

Ensure the smooth flow of operations- Assist in developing proper procedures to be carried out in clinics by clinic assistants- Assist in training carried out for all clinical staffs- Carry out all the internal assessments for the clinical staff as planned and drown out according to the Gantt chart- Assist in monitoring compliances of all the procedures and SOPs at the clinics by all the staff- Plan all the modes of achievements with PIC and make sure goals are achieved to have a team that is skilful to give optimum service to our clients- Assist in carrying out the internal audit as planned and to meet a respective drawn-out percentage to meet our target.- Attend weekly planned meetings whereby topics of importance will be discussed, and conclusion will be made- Writing and completing reports on all the tasks allocated**Qualification & Experience**- At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and possess a valid Annual practising certificate (APC)- Possessing Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) will be an extra advantage.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.- Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.- Good computer skills- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and a fast learner.- A self-motivated team player, disciplined, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule- Able to work long hours or to do shift work as and when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday
