TrainingCollaborate with Product Management to create training materials for both internal and external customers.
Provide training to the Clinical Management, Sales, Service, or back-office team on a regular basis or as needed.
Provide training on the use of products to external customers (nurses, doctors, & other medical personnel).
Marketing ActivityActively involved in running external marketing/education programs such as scientific events (seminars, workshops, exhibitions), product presentations, demonstrations.
Work closely with Product Management to create marketing tools for the sales team.
Responsible for developing a product strategy that has been assigned to each Clinical Specialist.
LeadershipCoordinate team members' workload and schedule to fulfill training requests for internal & external customers.
Develop new team members with hard & soft skills required in order to complete their responsibilities by conducting training, shadowing, coaching, etc.
Management SystemInvolved in establishing a management system based on quality management system, quality management system for medical devices, and anti-bribery management system.
Responsible for socializing the system to all divisions and ensuring the effectiveness of the running system.
Analyze corrective actions for system effectiveness in divisions.
QualificationMin.
Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 years of experience in medicine, nursing, sonography, or other related fields.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
