Avelon Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders to promote our cutting-edge medical devices, with a strong focus on cardiology and endovascular products. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective engagement with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders.Product Training & Education: Deliver product demonstrations and training on product features, benefits, and usage.Stay updated on the latest clinical developments to incorporate into sales strategies.Market Research & Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends and competitor insights for informed decision-making.Relationship Building & Customer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Promote Avelon Healthcare products in private and public healthcare institutions.Account Management & Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels in designated hospitals and ensure timely replenishment.Open and manage new accounts within your territory.Reporting & Documentation: Submit regular sales, stock, and market reports.Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in reducing payment delays.Technical & Operational Support: Provide clinical and technical support to hospital personnel, particularly during procedures.Professional & Technical Resource: Act as a point of contact for technical advice, training, and support on medical devices.Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities or projects to support business objectives as required. Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.Advantageous to have experience in medical sales, particularly in cardiology or endovascular fields.A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related science discipline.Proficiency in both English and Malay with excellent communication skills.Self-motivated, responsible, target-oriented, and positive.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.Availability to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, training, and client meetings.Willingness to support cases beyond regular working hours when required.
